  2. Ride the kite – We believe it takes a few sessions to get used to any new kite so we ask you to ride the kite for at least 5 sessions in the 30 days.
  3. If at the end of 30 days you don’t think the kite is suitable for you, then email us. You will need to fill out a feedback form.
  4. Upon returning the kite to our nearest BWS service center, we will refund your initial purchase.
