Shipping Policies

Order Processing:

BWSurf.com is closed on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping Policies:

Standard Shipping: We typically ship in-stock items within 24 hours. Standard ground shipping is free for all orders with the exception of surfboards. Surfboards ship direct from the manufacturer, lead times vary depending on on-hand stock and workload.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited orders shipped via FedEx 3 Day, 2 Day, and Overnight must be placed before 2:00pm PST, Monday through Friday to ship the same day. Please allow 1 full business day for these orders to be processed, picked, packed and shipped. Please note expedited orders placed on Friday will be delivered within the following business day (except for all major holidays). Due to shipping restrictions, some products are ineligible for expedited service.

Shipping Outside of the Continental US: Orders traveling to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via USPS or FedEx 2 Day. Orders traveling to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands can only be shipped via USPS.

Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at time of order. Please track your shipment as BWS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

BWS U.S.A. can ship to the following countries, please note that the shipping cost as checkout is an estimate only. We reserve the right to adjust shipping to actual costs upon your permission:
